Anything to do with tires, axles, bearings, etc.

We can do leak detection, but no repairs on propane - I'm not certified by the state.

Roof replacement - but I do know some technicians that do.

Air Conditioning
We will come to you to clean your A/C coils, check your compressor and capacitor is providing enough power to the compressor, and your fans work properly.
Furnace
Furnaces need annual maintenance. We come out and check the voltage for proper operation. Then inspect for obstructions to ensure for the flame to produce heat.
Absorption Refrigerator
Is your refrigerator not cooling or working at all? We can diagnose the issue and provide repairs or options.
Water heater
Your water heater is another appliance needing regular maintenance. We can descale the tank and replace the anode rod keeping your water heater at the top of it's game.

Service warranty
Work we perform is warranted for 60 days from the date of service. You must be within 50 miles of our location or where the work was performed.
